some computer sci. courses, esp the unix and some languagel
like c(++) and perl.
some life sci. course. esp the molecular
biology,biochemistry and biophysics.
some mathematical coures I didn't take yet.
Out of my expectation, Math background is the first
bottle-neck to me at present.Lots of formula in Bioin. is
hard for me to understand, though not hard to use. what I am
doing is just kind of memory job, without knowing how they
are proved.
What could be foreseen is the life sci. background will be
the bottle-neck later, esp the knowledge of biophsics,though
we have quite strong background of it. If I wanna do some
really good job in this field, not just to use it to find
job or sth like that, my current ability of life sci. is not
enough at all.
computer sci. in this field is kind of tool indeed, but it
is much more interesting to me currently, hehe.
