I got muiptle alignments of say, 50, sequences.
Now, I want to get the subtypes of these sequences.
I used to use hierachical clustering using BLOSSUM matrix pairwise comparasion.
But boss ask me to use a better method using relative entropy.
I searched the papers, but I still do not find how to do?
Would you please recommend a method to do it?
