1. Paper:
Crystal Structure of Escherichia coli MscS,
a Voltage-Modulated and Mechanosensitive Channel

2. Questions:
1) According to this paper, what is the difference
between MscS and MscL.
2) What tech did they use in this paper to reveal
the unaccessable area?
3) Is anyone here doing related research ? :)

3. About the MCBC
I am sorry for not attending
the discussion of first paper.
Last week all kinds of things
flooded together.In fact, yesterday
I had only 3 hr's sleep. :(.
But I will try to paticipate this week.

I think this paper is a good one.
Everyone here please feel free to
