1. xenopus lavis is a pseudotetraploid, or allotetraploid,it does not have
completely 4 sets of chromosomes, so impossible to do genetics, xenopus
tropicalis-- a diploid can.

2. both injections: MO RNA or DN mutants are not mutation,just block the
function of the specific gene,MO RNA works by binding to the mRNA 5'-region,
while DN mutatants overdose the normal gene.
