You are supposed to show in this section that your idea works and your team
have the necessary capabilities and facilities to accomplish the specific aims
you have proposed. It is a good idea to describe your previous publications
relevant to your proposal in this section. Very detailed background of each
personnel however should appear in a later separate biosketch section.
