1. your green card application is approved =>
2. stamp your passport =>
3. I-551

At step 2, you are qualified for IRTA, CRTA and NRSA

I485 pending /EAD, F1 @ OPT and J1 holders are quilfied for VF.

No H1 sponsorship from NIH.
