In C.V., your publication is the most important.
Posters are not very useful because to have a poster in a conference isn't
difficult at all.
On the other hand, you should list the posters in your c.v., because that can
show that you were not cut off from the community of science. Plus,attending
conference is part of your phd training.

Advice:
At least attend one conference every year.
Always try to give a talk.
Talk to big shots if you can in a conference and I know a lot of people land
their postdoc labs that way.
