尽管你一直强调Kinase C的重要性，以及Kinase活性和表达量的关系，但是我觉得在这里
lipid B是否可以直接参与Polarization的过程是最后要必须证明的，而Kinase A—>
kinaseC->upregulation of lipid B->transcription factors or complex->phenotype,
i.e.polarization here是我理解的完整的通路。
如果直接决定表型的transcription factor存在，那么这个可以作为最直接的指标来指示
是否B lipid upregulated by kinase C which is firstly activated by kinase A是最
直接的原因。
看你写的觉得有点儿晕，heihei，为什么你一直强调C呢. Does whether C is present
or engages in matter?
The conclusion that INDUCTION IN B LEVELS UPON A ACTIVATION IS IMPORTANT IN
CELLULAR POLARITY has nothing to do with the existence of C.我是这么觉得的。：
）

另外要是内源性的kinase A很少，而楼主已经认为单纯B的增加不可以导致表型，那么就
是说B不是控制表性的唯一终末通路。那还做什么呀？就是说这个是一个没有办法通过控
制已知parameters来验证目标的过程，因为关键性parameters未知。
