Ya. I understand it is very hard.

The China red cross might be corrupted, but at least, although very limited,
they are being watched.

On the other hand it is relatively hard to monitor what mitbbs did with the
donated money. I personally trust the mitbbs will do a good job but the
concern is absolutely valid.

Giving all the cash to China red cross is a VERY, VERY easy way to prove
that mitbbs is SUPER CRYSTAL INNOCENT. If I were mitbbs, I'll choose the way
that makes myself as innocent as possible.
