Friends,

Can anyone talk about history of OSCCF? My co-workers/friends can't trust
this organization without information about its history. Although I
personally trust it I have no evidence/proof to convince them this is a safe
way to donate... They are questioning the statement "100% of your donation
will be used to help needy children!" on the first page of OSCCF website.
They think "100%" is not reasonable, there must be some cost to do this
thing.

我不认识OCSSF的任何人。但是我通过两个旧金山湾区认识的朋友从
两个不同渠道verify过组织人的身份。这两个人一个是他上北京上
大学的同班同学，另一个是他高中同学。

I know their VP in person. I can use everything I have to testify that he is
a decent and responsible man with great personality and leadership.
