My mexican ex-wife whose best friend got rich by marrying and divorcing men,
married me. as soon as she got her permanent green card divorced me. She al
so purposely got me angry and secretly taped it. Even though in the tape you
can hear me asking her to leave my office over 12 times (did not hit her).
I had to spend 1 night in jail and was fired immediately from my job. She th
en said I yelled like that to the kids and said I should not see the kids. C
ourts agreed so they said that I had to give her 65% of my savings and pay h
er $3000 a month even though I was not working and unable to get a job and s
aid I could not see my babies. I found proof she married me ONLY for visa an
d my money but because of Statute of limitations I could not use it. I refus
ed & moved to China. I have been here for 1.6 years but now I lost my passpo
rt. I am applying to become Chinese but I need a passport so they said I had
to go to American Embassy - can I get deported if I have an arrest warrant
for me

I tried to make an offer, pay her what I could and be able to see the babies
. She has refused. She said she wants all my money. My lawyer said I would
lose all my money and still only be able to see them 2 weekends a year after
about a year. I suffer from memory disorder which makes it hard for me to
get a job - can't pass the technical exam even though I am VERY smart -
multiple college degrees. I just don't know what to do. I just want to stay
and live in China and try to find a nicer wife and have babies and try to
live a happy life. I don't know if China will grant me the citizenship. But,
I am VERY affraid as soon as I enter the AMerican Embassy (which of course
is American soil) I would be arrested and flown back to America. I know I
cannot get a normal passport (if you owe money on child support, you can't
get a passport). I was just hoping for any kind of passport so I could try
to become Chinese citizen. If it doesn't work then my life is over. :( Any
help?

If you can write your story in Chinese, then there is a way.
Otherwise, no.

如果你是华裔，去边远地区买个身份，大概5000rmb,身份证户口中国护照全都可以拿到
。不过，你如果要出去的时候还是要被中国公安罚款的。在中国呆着没事。

问题是你没有必要这么做，如果你和一个中国人结婚，虽然中国不会给你国籍，但是你
能拿到定居签证，和绿卡也差不多。

The problem is that the person can be easily identified as foreigner even he
has "legal" document. After all, Chinese look like Chinese.:))

对老弟的不幸深表同情。老弟犯了两大错。

1。放弃中国国籍。
2。没胆,不是个男人。

从你前妻的精心策划上可以看出她的不善。在你前妻提出离婚，
唯一出路就是宰了她。这有两种可能结果。一是不被抓住，
那么万事大吉。一是被抓住，就在法庭上百般抵赖，在美国，
要定谋杀罪非常难。只要把活干的漂亮，找个好律师，肯定没问题。
O.J. Simpson 光天化日之下杀了奸夫淫妇都没事，你就不能把活干
的漂亮点？就算被定谋杀罪，了不起终身监禁，也比你现在人不人
鬼不鬼强。

做一个男人，要有血性。被她害的那么惨。你的人生首要目标是

#1 is not a mistake. Most people are happy to give up their Chinese
citizenship, and rightly so.

hand, same here :) And that's why when I was reading the post, I thought op
was being sarcastic by making up a story mimicing those americans who
married asian women that just want the green card.

you buy a passport from any nation and apply for a resident permission after
you get that. you will be fined for like several thousand rmb. I believe an
american can find an english teacher position easily in some schools of
China.

it is eventually the US side's call. If your ex wont let go and get the us
government involved in this case, chances are you are toast. I dont believe
any government wants to challenge the US government. so it all depends on
the will of your ex and US government
