That speaker is correct on "spy是一种国家与国家之间"正常的关系". Even USA
spy on British if you remember that instance a few years back.

Isn't that a good thing that China has "蓬勃发展的间谍事业"? I don't
understand what lz's problem is. He doesn't believe China spying on people
at all? Too simple, sometimes naive!

美国人对于强势政府的天然不信任。
美国人觉得政府先天就是希望无限扩大权力的，有了权力的政府一定想滥用的。
美国政府也因为监听的事情和国会扯皮打架。背后就是对于政府权力滥用的恐惧和不信
任。

至于spy，世界上恐怕没有一个政府不搞。也没有一个不黑。知道就好了。美国政府自
然关注的是中国spy，不会是自己的spy。

我觉得国家安全的一种需要。难道美国就不是这样做的？这很明显是CIA的工作范围，
不然911之后公布那些有可能的线索都是从哪里来的？中国监管的不合理的地方是限制
了公众太多的知情权，把很多本不应该限制的东西当成机密藏着掖着，结果往往适得其
反。

No I don't. And this is my point. Every country has secret intellengence and
counter intellengence, and this is perfect normal. It is also normal that
Americans warn their people to be aware foreign spy, so should we Chinese be
aware American spy.

lz seems to have hard time to accept that Chinese government spying on
foreigners in China, so I just want to point this out. If we don't have spys
, I would worry much more.
