In the past, I used cool water to wash broccoli. However, there were always stuff with dark color attached to it, no matter how hard I tried to wash it with cool water.
Today, I first heated water to its boiling point, then put broccoli into it, after a while, I got it out.
The stuff with dark color couldn\'t be seen any more!

| Update: rice soup (rice porridge) |
The following are main steps:
step 1: Put rice into water.
step 2: Heat it with slow cooker.
step 3: After one night, it will be boiled, then add two eggs.
step 4: Use antother pan to heat water till it is boiling. Put vegetables into the water. When the water re-boils, get vegetables out of the water.
step 5: Use cold water to cool them. After then, cut them into pieces. Add them into the rice soup which is being heated by slow cooker.
step 6: Serve it.
