The past 3 weeks struggled at bull-bear line, and trend favorate bull a little bit but still not decided yet.

One week close above, one week close below, but neither one had follow up at the second week. That means I need a close above week to confirm bull trend, otherwise still keep bearish, or say neutural maybe a better describe.

Also, this month need to close above bull-bear line to start a long term bull trend. Otherwise still in bear trend, that means current rally is the one in bear trend.

The next week and 2 will decide.
