Since I spent so much time typing this up, might as well post it here for
all to see. =P

There's no natural scenery in LV. Just casinos. But lots of casinos are
worth visiting, not just for gambling:

Belagio:
Huge music fountain in front. (When it's not playing, it appears to be just
a pond.) My favorite. 真是感觉喷泉在随着音乐翩翩起舞。美！百看不厌。白天看已
经很棒了，晚上灯光一打，美到极点。Every 15 minutes.

Mirage:
- 门前的火山入夜后每15-30 minutes 喷发一次。
- 里面有玻璃房子可以看白老虎。
- 内部中央有个热带雨林。以前很漂亮，很多花和蝴蝶。后来好像重建过了，感觉就差
太多了。
- registration的背后整面墙都是一个超大的热带鱼缸。
-后面院子里有个小动物园。有海豚training，白老虎，白狮子什么的。($10)

Venetian:
1st floor hallway leading to the registration area has Renaissance style
painting all over the ceiling & walls.
2nd floor has gondola rides along a "river". And 每个船夫都会唱一段歌剧。
Singing高潮happens when they row the gondola into this little courtyard.

Treasure Island:
门口有官匪船战表演。every 1 & half hour? The night shows are better with all
the fire and smoke. Very crowded.

MGM：
-They have a huge glass house with lions inside. Sometimes, 9pm? the
trainers come in and play with them.
- 有个rainforest cafe 满有情调的。

Paris:
Parisian style streets inside. Has a fake sky for ceiling.

Monte Carlo：
门口塑像很漂亮。

Caesar's Palace:
- 门口塑像和小喷泉很漂亮。
- North wing (面对Caesar’s, 右手边), 进去的courtyard有会变颜色的“天空” 。

Flamingo：
They have a small “zoo” in the yard. 有flamingo, 赤道企鹅，黑天鹅，珍珠鸡…

New York New York:
- New York style streets & bars inside.
- 外面照相的话，从Tropicana(十字路口斜对角)照过来极佳。

Excalibur ：
“灰姑娘城堡” ，外面照相极佳。(从New York New York照)
门口有恐龙/巫师show。忘了多长时间一次了。应该是只有晚上有。

Luxor:
“金字塔“，外面照照相就行了。以前里面有条” 尼罗河“可以坐canoe。后来重修，
去掉了。

Circus Circus ：(far north end of the strip)
Midway level has free circus shows, and lots of games可以赢stuffed animals.
(我们家成筐成筐的玩具都那儿赢的)

还可以看show. There are lots of them.

For gambling, I suggest you just go to a small casino, may get better odds
there. The big ones on the strip are all for people to spend/lose money
there. =)

It's been a while since my last visit, can't remember how far apart the “
street shows” are anymore. =P

Btw, buffets at Rio and Orleans are really good. There's also a Chinatown
for those of you who have to have Chinese food. =) But these are all on the
west side of Hwy 15.

Once you are on the strip, it's faster and easier to just walk instead of
driving. There are buses ($2?) and free trams (in between hotels on the
strip) if you get tired.

There are 3 sections of tram:
1. MGM -- Bally's
2. Monte Carlo -- Belagio
3. Excalibur -- Luxor -- Mandalay Bay
