用Cup-horn sonicator, I mean placing the microcentrifuge tube containing
the DNA sample into an ice-water bath in the cup-horn sonicator.
这样，超声波直接作用的是tube外的冰水，间接sonicate your sample DNA.You only
need order a Cup-horn which matches your sonicator.用的时候，将microprobe
旋下， 将Cup装上，倒入冰水，就成了。用这个，做小体积的sonication效果非常好。
